RentReady Homes specializes in leasing single-family homes and providing a seamless rental experience for residents and property owners. We are looking for a motivated and organized Leasing Consultant to join our growing team.

This role is responsible for managing prospective renters from initial contact through lease signing, including lead follow-up, property showings, applications, and leasing coordination. The position also supports field operations and works closely with our Construction, Maintenance, and Marketing Teams to ensure homes are ready, properly marketed, and leased efficiently.

The Leasing Consultant will also oversee a Leasing Assistant, helping delegate tasks, manage follow-ups, and keep daily leasing activities on track.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is proactive, organized, comfortable working in the field, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in real estate, leasing, and property operations.

Responsibilities
  • Call, text, and follow up with prospective tenants to generate interest and convert leads
  • Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual property showings
  • Guide prospective renters through the application and leasing process
  • Assist with lease paperwork and ensure a smooth rental process
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, showings, applications, and follow-ups
  • Manage assigned properties and ensure they are ready to show and lease
  • Coordinate field operations, property visits, and leasing-related tasks
  • Work directly with the Construction and Maintenance Teams to address property readiness and outstanding items
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team on listings, photography, campaigns, and lead-generation efforts
  • Manage and provide direction to the Leasing Assistant, including delegating tasks and monitoring follow-ups
  • Identify and resolve issues that may delay the leasing process
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with prospective residents and internal teams
