Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Assistant
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager who is eager to learn and grow with a company that has over 100 years of experience in Property Management and Development. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, family-oriented environment and delivering exceptional service to our tenants.
 
Key Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Real Estate license or industry knowledge (preferred)
 
Responsibilities
  • Conduct building, leasing, and quality control inspections
  • Assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs, signage, insurance documentation, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain consistent communication with tenants and internal staff
  • Support accounting team with reporting for wholly owned and third-party properties
  • Assist with project management, including scoping, bidding, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
