It is a lump sum or credit provided to tenants upon signing a lease, which can be used for moving costs, rent discounts, or other related expenses. Understanding such incentives helps in explaining lease terms to prospective tenants and managing lease negotiations effectively.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Leasing Agent Assistant Property Manager, and why are they important?

Familiarity with property management software (such as Yardi or AppFolio), CRM tools, and lease agreement documentation is typically required. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities help you excel in tenant relations and multitasking. This teamwork ensures efficient property operations and a positive experience for both current and prospective residents.
