Job description

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Lease Coordinator to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $64,000 to $70,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements and related documents.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease terms.
  • Generate regular reports on lease status, occupancy rates, and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to leasing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding lease-related inquiries.
  • Monitor and track lease payments, including rent, utilities, and other charges.
  • Support lease negotiations by preparing lease proposals and amendments.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as finance, legal, and property management.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including brokers and contractors.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial Services, lease administration, or property management.
  • Proven track record of managing lease agreements and tenant relations.
  • Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Familiarity with property management systems and databases (UCC Search).
  • Proven track of managing fraud analysis/check for fraud.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing and reviewing lease documents.
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal leasing laws and regulations.
