About the Role:
The Learning Tree is seeking a passionate Full-Time Assistant to join our early childhood dynamic team in Wilmington, NC. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our educational initiatives and ensuring a positive experience for our learners and staff.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily operations working with children from infancy to 5 years old to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support educators in preparing materials and organizing classroom activities.
  • Communicate effectively with young children, parents, and staff .
  • Ensure a clean and organized learning environment for all participants.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to school events as well as trainings.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in education or child development is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an early childhood role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
