WHAT YOU'LL DO
Clover Learning is looking for a Social Media Specialist to build a consistent presence on the platforms where our audience lives, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role will own the strategy and daily execution of our social channels, creating engaging content, growing our communities, and developing an affiliate and influencer program from the ground up. You'll partner closely with our Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to increase brand awareness, deepen audience engagement, and ultimately drive more traffic and revenue for the business.
WHERE YOU'LL WORK
This position works remote in the United States.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
  • Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, with a focus on 30-second vertical video
  • Schedule and post videos daily across each social media channel
  • Build and engage communities of Clover users and prospects on Reddit, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Develop Clover's affiliate and influencer program from scratch to serve as a new acquisition channel
  • Respond to comments and mentions of Clover Learning across channels through social listening
  • Optimize and manage Clover's YouTube channel

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media in edtech or tech; startup experience preferred
  • Proven experience growing accounts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Experience working with influencers or affiliates is a plus
  • A large personal following that demonstrates social media skill is a plus
  • Imaging or industry experience is a plus
  • Ability to take a high-level strategy, work within its boundaries, and use individual creative judgment to iterate based on engagement
  • Some travel required (up to approximately 10% of the time) to capture customer testimonials at conferences

HIRING RANGE
The current full-time annualized hiring range for this role is $50,000.00-$70,400.00 and does not include discretionary bonus or sales incentives, if applicable. In accordance with applicable state laws, we are providing the expected salary range for this position. Individual compensation will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, current business needs and local market factors. Most regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate in an Ascend incentive bonus or sales plan.
