Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify capability needs and develop targeted learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Execute learning and capability development strategies that support business goals and workforce requirements.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve leadership development, professional skills, and workplace learning programs.
  • Facilitate instructor-led workshops, leadership programs, and development experiences for leaders and high-potential employees.
  • Establish and monitor success measures to assess program effectiveness, learner engagement, business impact, and return on investment.
  • Provide learning consulting expertise to leaders and stakeholders on organizational, leadership, and workforce capability initiatives.
  • Support organizational change and transformation efforts through learning and capability-building solutions.
  • Build strong partnerships across HR, business functions, and global teams to deliver integrated talent development strategies.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors, learning technologies, and content providers to meet business needs.
  • Leverage data, insights, and learning metrics to inform recommendations and continuously improve program outcomes.
  • Share best practices and innovative approaches to strengthen learning effectiveness across the organization.
  • Ensure learning solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with global standards while addressing local business requirements.

Minimum Hiring Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Learning & Development experience.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating learning and development programs.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to address organizational capability and workforce development needs.
  • Demonstrated success leading learning initiatives that support organizational change and business transformation.
  • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
  • Professional certification in coaching, psychometric assessment, organizational development, learning consulting, or related fields preferred.
