As a Learning Technologist at Nutanix, you will sit at the intersection of learning operations and educational technology. You will play a vital role in coordinating global training initiatives while optimizing and driving the adoption of our Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and Learning Management System (LMS). Joining a globally dispersed team, you will streamline operational processes and deliver a seamless, best-in-class learning experience for our employees.

The Global People Development team at Nutanix is a diverse, high-impact team spread across AMER, EMEA, APJ, and India regions. Your Role & Responsibilities
1. Operations, Scheduling & Program Coordination
  • Global Scheduling & Logistics: Partner with Program Managers and Sr. Manager of Learning Delivery & Fulfillment to maintain the global training schedule, assign instructors, and coordinate with global offices for in-person or virtual room bookings.
  • Communications & Mailbox Management: Manage the global People Development mailbox, directing inquiries and executing clear program communications from registration to completion.
  • Assessment Administration: Oversee administrative platforms for key team tools and assessments (e.g., Hogan, Gallup CliftonStrengths 34, DiSC, 5 Behaviors).

2. Learning Systems Management & Learning Technology
  • End-to-End LMS Administration: Own course creation, content curation, scheduling, data integrity, user management, and overall maintenance of the Nutanix LMS and LXP for the People function.
  • Technical Integration & Troubleshooting: Lead the implementation and integration of new learning solutions with existing enterprise tools. Track and address LMS bugs, feature requests, and system upgrades.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the People Development SME on Nutanix's decentralized Learning Council, representing the team's technical needs and staying aligned with broader enterprise tech strategies.
  • Vendor & Content Integration: Partner with external content providers to ensure third-party tools and courses integrate cleanly into blended learning paths.

3. Analytics, Quality & Continuous Improvement
  • Measurement & Surveys: Build program surveys into Learning Systems aligned with the team's measurement strategy to capture learner feedback and evaluate course effectiveness.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Translate learning metrics, LMS data, and completion trends into actionable business insights to continuously improve facilitator and learner experiences.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate workflows, streamline administrative tasks, and explore emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation) to elevate learning delivery.

What You Will Bring
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education & Background: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Instructional Technology, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Language: Professional English proficiency required to support a globally dispersed workforce.
  • Learning Tech Expertise: Hands-on experience with LMS and/or LXP administration (vendor-driven or enterprise systems), digital learning tools, and survey/feedback platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Operations & Project Management: Proven track record in coordinating complex global schedules.

Work Arrangement
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration, Located in Durham, NC. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $107,000 and USD $161,000 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
