Joining the TJA team means youโ€™re part of a crew that shows up, solves smart, learns fast, and actually enjoys the ride. Weโ€™re a mix of creatives, strategists, makers, and doers who push each other, and our clients, to think bigger and move smarter.

Our Project Management team is the engine that keeps all our brilliant chaos running smoothly. We work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside Account, Creative, Strategy, PR, Paid Media and Social partners to make sure ideas turn into real, high-quality work, on time and on budget. PMs here arenโ€™t order-takers; weโ€™re strategic organizers who help teams focus, make smart calls, and keep clients confident in the process. As a Project Manager, you balance people, timelines, and deliverables, while bringing clarity, calm, and accountability to every step. Youโ€™re a source of truth for project details, a translator between teams, and a partner to Account Management as we continue expanding PM presence in client conversations. You keep our process tight, communication transparent, and work moving in the right direction.

  • Communicating with clients and internal team members to collect project information necessary to adequately plan and set expectations
  • Developing reports and creating visibility around projects to help leadership make business decisions
  • Defining priorities for internal team members
  • Estimating the work effort for new projects
  • Building and tasking out projects within project management software
  • Pulling and formatting reports from the project management software in order to find optimizations within the company
  • Ensuring internal process is followed, while continually optimizing to best serve the clients
  • Learning and understanding every step of the TJA process as it relates to project management, billing, time management, reporting and delivery of client work
  • Learning all facets of the client engagement including details of the scope of work, project plans, and critical paths
  • Intentional and articulate communication, knowing the right questions to ask to get clarity on any different project types
  • Communicating updates and timelines to the internal team members
  • Communication from client to internal teams in order to meet deadlines and surpass goals
  • Organizing client files, project details and other assets for the teamโ€™s use and reference
  • Proofing internal work for grammar, design, and against clientโ€™s requests
  • Supporting team members across the agency by adhering to processes and ensuring the appropriate documentation is in place
  • Being a problem-solver who engages critical thinking when attacking tasks
  • Being a representative of the agency in the outside world

Requirements:
  • Capable of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and positive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
  • Analyzing risk
  • Being agile and adaptable
  • Understanding the financials of a project, including budget and margin
  • Creating harmony
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized
