Position Overview

The Advanced Program Manager is a mid-level position and serves as a subject matter contributor for organizing and coordinating the strategic and technical aspects of projects and programs related to the business line. They are leaders. Leading from the front and learning from past successes and failures, they are accountable for ensuring their overall program and supporting projects consistently deliver business value, align with business and technical strategy and provide exceptional customer experience for our business partners. Program Managers lead the program's strategy, implementation, and delegation and will work closely with business resources and stakeholders, internal technology teams, and various vendors and third-party consultants and implementers.

What You'll Do

  • Develop proactive relationships with supported business units that are built on trust, transparent communication, and a spirit of collaboration

  • Monitor the inter-connected and cross-functional resourcing, prioritization, scheduling and delivery in a focused project or business area

  • Forecast IT resource requirements and equipment needs based on business units' pipeline of planned projects

  • Support the outcomes the business line is seeking and develop business requirements and business cases as needed

  • Represent the voice of the customer (business unit) during the technology project life cycles. Ensure IT tasks are meeting committed timelines. Ensure stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the projects

  • Partner with business units and teams across IT to remove project roadblocks and accelerate high priority initiatives

  • Work with business analyst, and implementation specialist and program management teams in order to meet business targets and established service level agreements (SLAs)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant work experience

  • Project Management experience

  • Experience working with IT

  • High level of business acumen and customer service skills

  • ServiceNow and IT Operational Support experience preferred

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000.00 - $110,000.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
