Program Manager, Educare Chicago Alumni Network (ECAN)
The Ounce ofPrevention Fund is one of Chicago's most energized, future-focusedorganizations devoted to early childhood development.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, ECAN:
  • Provide high-level support to the Assistant Director, and ECAN leadership in overall strategy operations and planning
  • Lead project work plans, timelines, priorities, and work with the Assistant Director to track and manage budgets and resources allocation plans.
  • Lead development of funder reports on progress, impact and lessons learned
  • Ability to utilize multiple modes for outreach and effective communication to implement retention strategies for capacity building with members of ECAN
  • Work in collaboration with the Assistant Director to design and create the annual calendar of activities and all media outlets pertaining to ECAN

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology
  • Five to seven years' experience in nonprofit and/or family development/engagement or related service field.
  • Experience with advocating and organizing around community and family issues
