Job description

Centralized Learning Solutions (CLS) Operations builds shared, scalable training solutions for hourly associates across Global Operations. Our Operations team drives programs across the full lifecycle, from discovery through deployment and sustained delivery, serving all Amazon business lines in the US and EU and expanding internationally.
The Principal Program Manager enables the CLS Operations delivery organization to focus on program execution by owning external technical relationships and coordination processes. This role serves as the dedicated interface with multiple external software development teams, managing the complex relationships, roadmap partnerships and technical integrations that support our learning technology ecosystem

You will co-own strategic planning processes, facilitate cross-product prioritization, and consolidate product roadmap health across all areas.
Key job responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface between CLS Operations and external software development teams
- Build and maintain coordination frameworks enabling seamless integration across all products in the learning technology portfolio
- Negotiate CLS priorities within external teams' OP processes to secure roadmap commitments
- Identify and resolve cross-product dependencies and integration risks before they become blockers
- Co-own strategic planning (OP1/OP2, QG)
- Facilitate cross-product prioritization, balancing needs across business lines and regions
- Produce cross-product roadmap health reporting, surfacing risks and delivery gaps to leadership
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering partners
- Establish external partnership agreements, SLAs, and escalation paths
- Define and evolve the partnership operating model, including shared backlogs, quarterly planning workshops, and escalation frameworks
