Job Summary:

Has full responsibility for the successful execution and completion of strategic initiatives within designated organizational development programs. Responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and overseeing multiple projects to fulfill Organizational Learning & Development (OL&D) goals and objectives. Defines, orchestrates, and tracks critical elements, providing necessary guidance and direction to achieve program outcomes. Acts as an internal advisor to stakeholders on the implementation and operationalization of program strategies. Utilizes established project management practices and methodologies to develop, implement, and ensure the integration of essential organizational learning & development programs. Embeds strategic planning, performance metrics, stakeholder engagement, and effective change management practices throughout the program lifecycle. Performs additional responsibilities as required.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience managing programs or key processes related to Organizational Learning and Development is required. Direct experience in project or program management (or related responsibilities) within the health care field is highly preferred. Experience in Organizational Learning and/or Organizational Development preferred. Experience with organizational change and process improvement is highly preferred. Previous experience with large scale, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor's degree in related field is required. Master's degree is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or related software packages to maximize the benefits of technology to complete the job. Writing, analytical and leadership skills, as well as ability to present detailed information in large group and executive level settings. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Requires a self-starter with good judgement and problem solving abilities to independently and logically carry out department responsibilities. Individual must be committed to a high level of customer service demonstrating respect and strong communication skills. Ability to work with leaders.
