The L&D Program Manager is responsible for the tactical development, implementation, execution, and coordination of learning programs and initiatives within their assigned division. This role partners closely with divisional leaders, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams to identify development needs and deliver programs that support business goals. The Program Manager works alongside their L&D Program Manager counterpart to ensure consistency and alignment across the enterprise, and partners with the Learning Technology Specialist to implement learning paths, reporting, and system changes that support their division's programs.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Develop, implement, and assess training programs aligned to business goals and associate development needs within assigned division
  • Establish partnership as a trusted L&D advisor with divisional operational leaders
  • Collaborate with L&D Program Manager counterpart to ensure unity and consistency across the enterprise
  • Develop detailed shared project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Support content development and design (on-the-job training materials, presentations, and e-learning), and facilitate course offerings when needed
  • Partner with the Learning Technology Specialist to implement learning paths, reporting structures, and system changes in the LMS that support division programs
  • Co-manage the division's L&D budget in partnership with the Director
  • Travel between 15-25% required

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS degree in adult learning, organizational development, organizational behavior, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 5-8 years in Learning & Development, organizational development, or related field, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
  • Passion for learning, improving, and sharing best practices
  • Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Experience with public speaking or facilitation preferred
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus
