What You'll DoDesign & Deliver Training Programs

Develop and facilitate training programs for Account Managers and other client-facing team members. You'll ensure employees understand the people, processes, systems, and skills needed to succeed in their roles.

Coach & Develop Talent

Provide ongoing coaching through one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and performance-based development initiatives. Help employees build confidence, strengthen skills, and improve results.

Partner Across the Business

Collaborate with department leaders to identify development opportunities, address skill gaps, and align training initiatives with business objectives.

Measure Training Effectiveness

Track participation, performance, and business impact. Use data and feedback to continuously improve training programs and share insights with leadership.

Maintain Compliance & Standards

Ensure all training content remains aligned with company policies, industry requirements, and applicable regulations.

Drive Continuous Improvement

Stay informed on learning and development best practices and continuously enhance training programs to maximize effectiveness and engagement.


What You'll Bring
