Your Role:

As a Mission Critical Program Manager, you will be responsible for the success of mission-critical projects, ensuring seamless execution while maintaining strong client relationships. You will play a vital role in business development, proposal management, contract negotiations, and financial oversight to drive the success of mission-critical facilities worldwide. Additionally, you will serve as the principal-in-charge for multiple projects, mentoring and developing staff while managing a pipeline of connected projects to achieve commercial objectives and compliance requirements.

Your Role:

Lead client management and business development efforts to expand mission-critical project opportunities.
Manage proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and contract negotiations for mission-critical facilities.
Oversee project execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Serve as the principal-in-charge for multiple large-scale mission-critical projects.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Provide financial oversight, including forecasting, budget planning, and profitability management.
Mentor and develop engineering and project management teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Lead the planning, development, and execution of programs and pipelines of connected projects.
Balance commercial objectives with compliance requirements to ensure project success.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and construction teams to deliver world-class mission-critical solutions.
Identify growth opportunities within the mission-critical sector and contribute to strategic business planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
15+ years of industry experience as a Registered Architect or Engineer.
Proven ability to motivate teams and foster strong working relationships internally and externally.
Strong leadership experience in client relationship management and business development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business concepts effectively.
Demonstrated expertise in project and people management, financial performance, and strategic decision-making.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $225,000 (depending on experience)
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the compensation scale for this role. Actual salaries will be determined based on location, experience, responsibilities, and qualifications. This salary range is just one component of Tetra Tech's total compensation package, which includes benefits, professional development opportunities, and additional incentives.
