Product Manager - Digital SaaS Solutions

Location: Remote
Reports To: Sr. Director, Product and Marketing

Position Overview

The Product Manager for Digital SaaS Solutions drives innovation and executes four quarterly software releases that deliver business value and enable Landauer to meet annual revenue goals. This role defines global product strategy for digital solutions within the Beyond the Badge strategy, translating customer needs into a focused roadmap and highimpact releases. The ideal candidate excels in fastpaced, crossfunctional environments and has a proven ability to deliver SaaS products at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Global Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Develop and maintain a global product strategy aligned to the Beyond the Badge vision.
  • Prioritize quarterly release cycles to meet financial objectives and deliver measurable business value.
  • Go to GEMBA through VOC and onsite customer visits to deeply understand workflows and customer needs.
  • Align roadmap priorities with global customer needs, regulatory considerations, and commercial goals.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

  • Lead product discovery and translate customer and commercial insights into clear requirements.
  • Partner with development teams to define features and prioritize based on ROI and global impact.
  • Own quarterly release planning and execution, ensuring timely and highquality delivery.
  • Ensure product scalability and consistency across regions throughout the lifecycle.

Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning & Messaging

  • Define strong value propositions and differentiated positioning for SaaS solutions.
  • Use global customer, market, and competitive insights to identify acquisition, expansion, and retention opportunities.
  • Communicate product value consistently across regions and internal stakeholders.

Fortive Business System (FBS)

  • Apply FBS tools to improve product performance and streamline commercial processes.
  • Support funnel management, VOC routines, and continuous improvement efforts across teams.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • Experience managing global products or working across multiple geographies strongly preferred.
  • Strong foundation in product strategy, customer insight, value proposition development, and market differentiation.
