Job Responsibilities
Partner with senior business stakeholders and subject matter experts to conduct needs analyses, establish learner-centered objectives, develop training strategies, and execute learning programs.
Own the end-to-end development and delivery of learning programs, including curriculum design, content curation, facilitation planning, logistics, speaker preparation, post-program activities, and evaluation.
Design and deliver scalable learning experiences that drive consistency while supporting audience-specific customization across lines of business, markets, industries, and learner groups.

Establish and share best practices while coaching facilitators, colleagues, and business partners on learning design, facilitation, measurement, stakeholder engagement, and presentation effectiveness.
Support additional strategic learning initiatives, market-based training strategies, professional development programs, and special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
