About the role:

As a Learning & Development Specialist with KabaFusion, you will be an integral part of L & D team. The position will be responsible for designing, implementing,and evaluating comprehensive learning programs that enhance our employees skills; leading to increased performance. You conduct needs assessments, develop innovative training solutions, and lead engaging workshops. The Learning & Development Specialist works collaboratively across multiple department within the company to ensure trainings align with the companies goals and objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to enhance delivery and accessibility of training programs.
  • Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
  • Develop post-training assessment tools to demonstrate the impact trainings are having on business objectives; track and trend outcomes.
  • Assess participants learning performance; identifying needs for additional , specialized, or adaptive instruction.

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, education, or healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing and delivering training that utilizes a variety of multimedia and methods, for a range of audiences.
  • Well-versed in communications, education, curriculum development, and learning assessment best practices with the ability to design and implement effective training.
