Hybrid Opportunity


Role Summary

Leads projects or components of projects and owns project plans to drive completion of day-to-day project goals. This role is ideal for someone with strong operations, program management, stakeholder management, coordination, and communication experience. The contractor will support Learning and Development Operations by coordinating workstreams, managing governance and reporting routines, communicating with stakeholders, supporting vendor and partner activity, and helping drive process consistency across related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects with limited scope or workstreams within broader programs, including project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and required tasks.
  • Coordinate enterprise learning and development operational initiatives across HR, Learning and Development, Technology, Compliance, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships through proactive communication, status updates, meeting coordination, follow-up, and issue escalation.
  • Create executive-ready communications, presentations, reporting summaries, and business updates for leadership visibility.
  • Support governance routines, intake processes, documentation standards, and operational controls across related projects and programs.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, consolidate project status updates, and identify opportunities to improve execution and visibility.
  • Assist with special projects, workforce planning support, learning program operations, and other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of two years of related work experience, including project coordination, operations management, program management, or business operations experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, meeting facilitation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and keep work moving across teams in an organized, controlled manner.
  • Experience creating project documentation, status updates, leadership summaries, process materials, or operational reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, escalation judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting HR Operations, Learning and Development Operations, training operations, or enterprise service delivery teams.
  • Experience with Workday Learning, learning management systems, ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, or related operational platforms.
  • Vendor management, process improvement, change management, or governance experience.
  • Project management certification, Agile exposure, Prosci, Lean, or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
