A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ESTHETICIAN LEARNING LEADER / SKINCARE TEACHER


As an Esthetician Learning Leader / Skincare Teacher, you take great pride in your students and strive to create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini-classes, and learning centers. You teach your students the science of healthy skin with hands-on professional techniques and skincare innovations and technologies. From skin analysis, ingredient technology, and prescriptive retailing to waxing and makeup techniques, you prepare our future professionals for their careers in skincare. Additionally, you teach them the business and guest service skills they will need to be successful.


At Paul Mitchell, you are more than a teacher--you are a dedicated mentor who works hard to prepare your students for the professional world outside the classroom doors. As you help students build a core foundation of knowledge and ultimately master more advanced techniques, it is clear that you are the heart of our program.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Esthetician license for 3 years
  • Esthetician experience in a salon/spa or medical setting for 1 years
  • customer service experience
