Job description

A+ Childcare and Learning Centeris a licensed childcare center seeking Floaters/Teacher Aidesto support the following age groups:
  • All Ages
To beQUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. Six months of experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
Required Shift:Monday - Friday; 9:00pm - 6:00pm
Compensation: $15-16 an hour,based on education and experience

Our Hiring Process:

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the lead teacher with all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
  • Implement activities that encourage each child's growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
  • Take direction, accept constructive criticism, and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
  • Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
  • Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
  • Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
