Essential duties and responsibilitiesย 

The Employee Relations Partner serves as a trusted resource to field leadership and employees, supporting a positive workplace culture through the consistent application of company policies, employee relations practices, and performance management processes. Reporting to a Regional Director of Operations, this role partners closely with operational leaders to resolve employee concerns, conduct investigations, provide coaching, and support employee retention and engagement initiatives.

  • Serve as the primary employee relations resource for assigned operational locations.

  • Conduct prompt, objective, and thorough investigations involving employee complaints, policy violations, workplace conflicts, harassment concerns, and other employee relations matters.

  • Partner with Regional Directors, Site Managers, and other operational leaders to address workplace concerns and develop appropriate action plans.

  • Provide guidance and recommendations regarding corrective action, documentation, coaching, and performance improvement.

  • Support leaders in managing attendance, conduct, workplace behavior, and performance-related issues.

  • Monitor employee relations trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

  • Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and management when appropriate.

  • Ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies and procedures across assigned locations.

  • Support organizational initiatives that improve employee engagement, communication, and team effectiveness.

  • Prepare reports and summaries for operational leadership regarding employee relations trends and outcomes.

  • Partner with Human Resources and other departments when issues require additional expertise or escalation.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to travel regularly within assigned regions.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employee relations, workforce management, operations leadership, human resources, or a related field.

  • Experience conducting workplace investigations preferred.

  • Experience supporting multi-site or retail/service operations preferred.

  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification preferred but not required.
