Wood Rodgers, a leading engineering consulting firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Corporate Communications Department. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that desires to actively collaborate and contribute to our growing team.
This is a staffed, hourly, non-exempt position.
A day in the life as a Wood Rodgers' Marketing Coordinator
  • Coordinate and produce marketing collateral for internal and external use, including print and digital materials such as proposal graphics, flyers, brochures, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to translate complex technical information into clear, professional, and on-brand visual content.
  • Support the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for engineering projects, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
  • Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all marketing deliverables.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including photographers, printers, promotional vendors, and consultants, as well as collaborating with industry partners such as subconsultants and contractors.
  • Coordinate award submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain CRM data, content libraries, and marketing assets, including prior proposals, templates, boilerplates, visuals, mailing lists, and client information.
  • Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings, including all related marketing materials and logistics.
  • Track and manage inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field, with three or more years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of core marketing principles, with creative writing skills considered a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and responsive to changing priorities.
