About the Role:

Socure’s Global Enablement team is expanding to include a Sales Enablement and Training Manager. The Global Enablement team leads Socure University, which is essential to helping Socure employees develop the product and industry knowledge they need to thrive in their roles. This role, reporting to the Head of Global Enablement, will play an important role in ensuring that training runs smoothly and efficiently and operates at scale as we continue to hire across the company.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, attentive to detail, comfortable working with deadlines and enjoys delighting internal customers. In this role you’ll collaborate with people and teams across the organization and will gain insight into how a Learning function creates and delivers best in class learning experiences with high impact.

This person will have the opportunity to work with departments across sales, engineering, data science and other disciplines in a top-rated Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence-driven organization.

Requirements:

  • Help build and roll out new learning courses and paths by personas (AE, SC, TPM, Customer Success, etc.).

  • Build AI role plays for different personas inside the org. Discovery Calls, Demo Calls, etc.. Personas include (AE, SC, SAM, TPM and possibly other parts of the organization)

  • Have 1:1 with personas (AE,SC, SAM, TPM, etc) during their first year tenure to ensure they are on track.

  • Take corrective action if people are not on track. Personalize training, escalation, etc.

  • Alert team leads if people are not on track.

  • Provide team administrative support, include entering new hires into our Learning Management System (LMS) and recording training attendance

  • Track all enablement activities and scores of employee training through every stage and all certifications requirements

  • Coordinate training events and collaborative cross-team initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience with training

  • Gather data/feedback on program engagement and efficacy and create reports for leadership

  • Evaluate new tools to ensure Socure Enablement is industry leading.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in Enablement

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, such as LearnUpon, Mindtickle, Showpad, Seismic, Highspot.

  • Experience with AI. AI Role play tools, AI to build courses, research industries, personas, etc.

  • Experience managing projects with multiple tasks from start to finish

  • Ease with working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—the ability to interact with people at all levels within the organization

  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
