The Director, Digital Learning is responsible for establishing and leading the enterprise strategy for digital capability development, ensuring leaders and employees are equipped to succeed in an increasingly digital organization. This role drives digital leadership fluency, workforce skill development, and technology enablement through strategic learning programs, capability frameworks, governance, and measurement practices. The Director partners with senior leaders, HR, and business stakeholders to identify skill gaps, build role-based development pathways, and integrate digital capabilities into talent strategies. Additionally, the role oversees digital learning platforms, vendor relationships, and investment performance while leveraging internal subject matter experts to create impactful learning experiences that accelerate digital transformation, strengthen organizational readiness, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Job Summary and Qualifications
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise strategy for digital capability and leadership development
  • Design and deliver digital fluency programs for leaders and employees

What qualifications you will need:


  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Organizational Development or related field)
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in learning, talent development, or digital capability building
  • 3+ years of leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
