We are inviting experienced professionals in AI / Machine Learning Engineer leadership roles to participate in upcoming research projects focused on workflow management tools and development processes. If you have the necessary experience, we'll send you a quick 10- to 15-minute test to assess your skills and suitability for our research tasks. Researchers looking for your skills tend to pay up to $200 per hour. You must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter.

This opportunity is open to professionals who:

• Hold a Manager-level position or above
• Work in AI / Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineering, Software Development, Product Management, or UX/Product Design
• Currently use, or are actively considering using, workflow management tools
• Participate in decision-making regarding development, product, or workflow management tools within an organization

Please note: This is a "bench" model. By verifying your credentials, you gain eligibility for research opportunities as they become available. Access is based on project demand and professional profile matching.

• Manager-level experience or higher in software engineering, product management, or product design functions
• Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools
• Familiarity with software development, product development, or design workflows
• Involvement in purchasing decisions, tool selection, budgeting, or strategic recommendations related to development and collaboration tools

• Complete a paid screener to help us assess your background and suitability for specific research tasks
• Participate in AI-moderated interviews/written tasks
• Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities
• Share insights about workflow management practices, tool selection, and organizational needs

• Direct experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab Issues/Boards, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com is required.
