Salary Range:$100,000 USD - $125,000 USD
Specific compensation will be based on candidate's experience, skills, qualifications,commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Job Description:
Our Human Resources team is seeking a Learning & Talent DevelopmentPartnerto help design, deliver, and scale impactful learning experiences across Russell Investments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building programs from the ground up,facilitatingengaging training sessions, and curating high-quality learning content that supportsassociateand manager growth.
You will play a key role in shaping how our associates learn and develop,partnering closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to build programs that strengthen manager capability, support performance and talent cycles, and elevate talent across the firm.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end rolewith ownership acrossdesign, delivery, andcontinuous improvement of learningprograms.
Design, Build, and Curate Learning Programs
Design and develop learning programsthat enhancemanager and leadership capability (e.g., goal setting, feedback, performance reviews, coaching)andstrengthenclient-facing skills (presentation, communication, sales)
Source, organize, and deliver access to technical training (e.g., Excel, Python, Snowflake, Agile),leveragingplatforms likePluralsight,DataCamp,and external vendors to make skill-building accessible and actionable
Facilitate and Deliver Training
Training sessions and workshopsfor managers, ensuring content is practical, relevant, and actionable
Program Management & Operations (End-to-End Ownership)
Manage the full lifecycle of learning programs, including scheduling, communications, enrollment tracking,feedback,and reporting
Partner on Talent and Development
Associate Resource Groups
Provide coordination and administrative support for global Associate Resource Groups, including scheduling, communications, and program tracking
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with regional ARG leaders to stay informed on local priorities and activities, ensure consistent two-way communication, and drive alignment and connection across regions on global themes.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability toidentifylearning gaps, analyze root causes, and develop practical, scalable solutions
Familiarity with learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Workday Learning,DataCamp,or similar) preferred
