We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Organizational Development Specialist position located in Provo, Utah. The individual we are looking for is someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels at working at an individual level.

Responsibilities include:
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of evaluation frameworks and reporting processes for learning and organizational development programs
  • Assist with implementing capability frameworks, competency mapping, and aligning learning initiatives with succession planning and workforce development strategies
  • Develop and maintain tools, guides, and playbooks that support change management initiatives and integrate learning with performance management processes
  • Design and facilitate leadership development workshops and learning experiences that promote practical skill application across all levels of the organization
  • Partner with human resources, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify organizational development needs and recommend learning solutions
  • Analyze learning and workforce data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Support leadership development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives by maintaining learning resources, tracking progress, and evaluating outcomes
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of leadership development programs, capability frameworks, and succession planning initiatives
  • Build dashboards, reports, and metrics that measure learning effectiveness and demonstrate alignment with business objectives
  • Recommend improvements to learning programs, evaluation methods, and organizational development processes based on data and business needs
  • Contribute to workforce planning, organizational change initiatives, and employee development projects as assigned
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of organizational development, adult learning principles, leadership development, and talent management practices
  • Experience analyzing data, creating dashboards, and measuring learning and organizational development effectiveness
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and practical recommendations
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and effectively partner with leaders at multiple organizational levels
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning, HRIS, or reporting systems such as Workday, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive organizational information
