THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Learning and Development Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders to be responsible for day-to-day administration of the learning management system, organizing learning initiatives, including publishing courses, managing users and permissions, troubleshooting learner issues, running reports, maintaining data quality, analyzing training effectiveness and improving processes and the learner experience. You will also be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the broader Talent Learning & Development team with opportunities to grow skills in program support and facilitation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the planning, coordination, and administration of Leadership Development programs and training initiatives, including scheduling, communications, tracking, and logistics.

  • Manage day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System including managing content, tracking learner progress, generating reports and resolving user issues.

  • Track and analyze learning data (completion rates, feedback scores, assessments) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Generate regular reports on training effectiveness and participation.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support learning needs and program rollouts.

  • Update and maintain existing learning content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current processes and brand standards.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the L&D team as needed.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not required. 

  • 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training coordination or related field.

  • Hands on experience managing a Learning Management System, or similar system.

  • Experience with Workday is a plus.

  • Foundational understanding of adult learning theory preferred.

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and details accurately.

  • General knowledge of human resources practices, functions, and procedures.

  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills (Excel or similar tools).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $60,000.00–$81,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
