We have a national network of pharmacies and nursing offices strategically placed to service 40+ states. About the role:

As a Clinical Quality Coordinator, you will be involved in supporting our clinical and regulatory auditing initiatives across our pharmacy footprint. What does this mean exactly, you will work cross-departmentally to ensure that our locations and the staff that work there are compliant with local, state, and federal laws and regulations along with USP 797/800 guidelines and ACHC and URAC standards. This will include auditing pharmacy operations, recommending improvements or changes that need to be made in preparation for inspections, and provide support to pharmacy personnel during those inspections.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a record of upcoming clean-room certifications; working with pharmacy leadership to develop remediation plans if there are any out-of-specification findings
  • Assist in the training of pharmacy staff; identifying area's of improvement within content, tools, and/or delivery
  • Stay current on home infusion, USP, and accreditation guidelines
  • Up to 50% trave is required

As a Clinical Quality Coordinator, you bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current and violation free Pharmacy Technician license or certification as required by state law
  • PTCB Certification
  • 3+ years of sterile compounding experience
  • 2+ years of experience with accreditation processes and/or implementing quality/performance improvement initiatives
