Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Learning Facilitator is responsible for facilitating learning solutions that promote engagement and skill development for a diverse population of employees. Using in person and virtual modalities, you will engage learners in both knowledge transfer and application while maintaining a supportive learning environment.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with business and HR stakeholders and Learning & Development Instructional Designers to ensure program content is relevant, complete and supports learning objectives.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions and workshops.
  • Evaluate participant progress through assessments and feedback, and adjust instructional methods as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to participants, helping them achieve their learning goals.
  • Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems (LMS).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the industry, learning delivery, instructional design and development within a corporate team environment, or equivalent.

This role is hybrid 4 days onsite, with 1 day/week remote at our Headquarters Office in Phoenix, AZ.
