  • Shape Leadership & Learning: Design, develop, and facilitate engaging workshops and leadership programs that translate business goals into action.

  • Build Development Pathways: Collaborate with technical and operational experts to create clear, role-based career paths.

  • Drive Enterprise Programs: Champion company-wide talent initiatives, including onboarding, succession planning, and workforce capability.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in talent, learning, or organizational development.
  • Strong background in adult learning, leadership development, facilitation, and program management.
  • Proven success managing programs within a highly technical, engineering, or industrial space.
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience successfully steering enterprise-wide talent or cultural transformations.
  • Background working inside energy or other heavily regulated sectors.

  • Salary: $77,000 - $100,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
