In this role, you'll be more than a trainer. You'll partner with leaders across the organization to identify development opportunities, create meaningful learning experiences, and drive lasting behavior change that supports business success. From onboarding new employees to facilitating leadership development programs, you'll play a key role in helping our workforce grow, adapt, and excel.

  What You'll Do

As a trusted learning partner, you will:

  • Facilitate engaging instructor-led and virtual learning experiences, including onboarding, professional development, and leadership programs.
  • Consult with leaders and business partners to assess needs, identify capability gaps, and recommend effective development solutions.
  • Design, adapt, and enhance learning materials, tools, and resources that support performance and ongoing skill application.
  • Coach learners, managers, and leaders to strengthen adoption of new skills and support long-term growth.
  • Lead end-to-end program execution, from planning and preparation through delivery and post-program follow-up.
  • Analyze feedback, learning metrics, and business outcomes to continuously improve programs and maximize impact.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization while serving as a trusted advisor on learning and development strategies.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, training delivery, facilitation, stakeholder consultation, learning needs assessment, and learning content development.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating complex learning programs, consulting with business leaders, and coaching skill application.
