Torch Technologies is seeking a TARCES Training and Development Specialist to join our team supporting the Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES) that are part of commercial and militarized vehicles, small and large crafts, transit cases, mobile communications, fixed base stations, command centers, and intelligence systems. The TARCES contract is managed by Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF).
As a TARCES Training and Development Specialist your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance.

  • Assess organizational training needs and identify skill gaps.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

  • Develop training materials and support resources to ensure consistent learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship

  • Hiring at multiple levels:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with 3+ years of related experience

  • Or Associate degree in business or a related field with 7+ years of related experience

  • Or High School diploma with 9+ years of related experience

  • Active Secret/clearance is required

Schedule: M-F; 8-5

Salary Range: $68,000-$114,000 (Hiring at multiple levels)
