Location: Join us in any one of our 13 scenic office locations across the Pacific Northwest

Design and deliver learning programs that grow employee-owners and strengthen organizational performance.


THE ROLE

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in building a high-performing, people-first organization by designing and delivering learning experiences that develop our employee-owners and strengthen the business. This role sits at the intersection of learning design, employee development, and organizational effectiveness—partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to create impactful programs that build skills, improve performance, and support strategic priorities. You won't just coordinate training—you will help shape how our people learn, grow, and succeed, contributing to a scalable, best-in-class learning environment across the firm. These responsibilities include:

Design and Deliver Learning Experiences
Create and deliver engaging training programs using instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats. Apply adult learning principles to ensure content is practical, relevant, and impactful.

Partner with Leaders and Subject Matter Experts
Collaborate across the organization to identify learning needs and translate them into effective, scalable development solutions aligned with business goals.

Manage Learning Systems and Programs
Administer learning platforms, vendor partnerships, and training systems—ensuring seamless delivery, access, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Drive Program Effectiveness and Improvement
Evaluate training outcomes, measure effectiveness, and continuously refine programs to improve engagement, knowledge retention, and performance impact.

Coordinate and Support Learning Delivery
Manage logistics including scheduling, communications, materials, and facilitation support to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives.

Support Organizational Development Initiatives
Contribute to key HR initiatives, including leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and building a strengths-based culture.

Create and Promote Development Opportunities
Develop internal communications, training calendars, and learning resources that increase awareness and participation across the firm.

Support Companywide Learning Events
Serve as a program manager or co-lead for firmwide events—helping align content, coordinate speakers, and deliver high-impact experiences.

YOUR STRENGTHS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Strong foundation in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery methods
  • Experience facilitating training and presenting to diverse audiences
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and visually effective learning content
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with or ability to learn learning management systems (LMS) and training platforms
  • Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate and improve program effectiveness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint expertise strongly valued)
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and employee development
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally
