Since 1988, Child Development Schools has been lighting up the lives of over 30,000 kiddos across 11 states! Headquartered in Austin, TX, we proudly operate 260+ centers under our three well-known and trusted brands -- Childcare Network, Sunrise Preschools, and My Small Wonders. We're all about creating safe, fun, and inspiring spaces where children from six weeks to twelve years old can thrive and shine!
As we transform the culture within our schools and redefine the early childhood experience, we're looking for passionate educators and visionary leaders ready to step up and make a real difference.
Why Join Us?
At Child Development Schools, you're not just taking a job -- you're stepping into a leadership role where your impact ripples through families, communities, and future generations. We celebrate and reward your dedication with competitive quarterly bonuses that recognize your success in growing your school and nurturing your team.

You'll drive enrollment growth, craft engaging activities that spark curiosity and a love of learning, and manage the day-to-day demands of running your school with confidence and pride. Supported by a dedicated team, you'll steer your center toward success while nurturing the growth of children and educators alike.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and inspire a talented team of educators, fostering collaboration and a positive culture
  • Implement and maintain health, safety, and licensing standards that keep kids safe and happy
  • Strategically grow enrollment through effective marketing and community outreach
  • Manage daily school operations, from staffing and budgeting to parent communications and record-keeping

  • Serve as the face of your school -- building strong relationships with families and community partners

What We Offer:
  • Quarterly bonuses that reward your leadership and success
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans
  • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time to recharge and refresh
  • Childcare tuition discounts -- because your family matters, too!
  • Professional development and education assistance to help you grow your career
  • 401(k) with employer contributions to help you plan for your future

#CDSMA
Who We're Looking For:
  • Proven leadership experience in early childhood education -- 3+ years preferred
  • Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills paired with a passion for children and families
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A hands-on leader who's ready to jump in wherever needed

Why You'll Love It Here:
At Child Development Schools, we're a family that champions innovation, respect, and growth. Join us if you're ready to lead with heart, inspire a team, and make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families every single day.
