SUMMARY:
- Will be a key player in how the company uses AI to advance learning
- Will design, develop, and implement customized L&D programs/processes to help equip their employees with the skills they need to transform how they work and excel in their careers
- Work closely with company leaders to translate business needs into practical, AI-driven learning/workflow solutions
