What You'll Do

  • Schedule field technicians for assigned jobs and communicate all relevant project details, such as job site location, tasks to be performed, required materials, and timelines, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Represent Velociti with senior-level clients, ensuring expectations are clear and outcomes exceed standards.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives and implement governance frameworks.
  • Drive risk management, budgets, documentation, and communication with precision.
  • Build and inspire high-performing project teams to deliver results on time and within budget.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in project coordination, project management or related experience with complex, strategic projects.
  • Proven ability to lead collaborative cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail, with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
  • Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM software.
