Job description

Expanding Midwest firm is looking to fill a critical role for a Senior Site Development Project Manager in their Kansas City Office!


 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients/projects
  • Mentor/train junior staff
  • Design efficient layouts for clients and assist them through the entitlement process
  • Understand each project’s approval process

 

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in site development engineering
  • PE License or ability to quickly obtain is mandatory
  • Significant experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Experience in hydrology and site development
  • Proven track record of business development or a great desire to grow and learn those abilities

 

 

Salary is commensurate with experience.
