Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is looking for a Project Manager for a remote contract opportunity.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to ensure project milestones are met and dependencies are managed
* Facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment across all stakeholders
* Maintain project schedules, track progress, and provide regular updates to leadership
* Identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers, working with teams to resolve them
* Support quality assurance, change control, and documentation efforts
* Prepare and manage stakeholder communications, including demos and status reports
* Ensure smooth transition of project deliverables to operational teams' post-launch
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in mobile app development or migration projects
* Experience coordinating distributed, cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
* Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; Able to engage effectively with all levels of the organization
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency with project planning tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
* Collaborative, customer-first mindset
* Ability to work independently and drive alignment in a matrixed environment
* Experience with native iOS/Android development projects is highly desirable
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
