We are seeking a creative and strategic Education Program Manager to lead the design and development of innovative global healthcare education programs focused on lactation science, maternal health, and healthcare professional engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of instructional design, digital learning, learner engagement, educational strategy, and lactation science. You will transform scientific and clinical content into engaging, modern learning experiences that drive audience growth, participation, and measurable impact across a global healthcare audience.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop engaging global education programs, digital, webinars, curricula, and digital learning experiences regarding lactation science.

  • Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create learner-centered content.

  • Partner with internal experts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to translate complex scientific content into impactful educational experiences.

  • Lead the design strategy for webinar platforms, e-learning experiences, and digital engagement tools supporting large global audiences.

  • Create interactive multimedia content, assessments, and educational materials using modern learning technologies.

  • Analyze learner engagement data and feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness and user experience.

  • Recommend innovative educational technologies, platforms, and creative approaches to increase healthcare professional engagement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to align education initiatives with organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or related field; Master’s preferred.

  • Experience designing scalable educational programs, digital learning experiences, and instructional materials.

  • Strong expertise with instructional design models, e-learning platforms, webinar technologies, LMS systems, and content authoring tools.

  • Strong creative thinking, project management, and communication skills.

  • Experience working within healthcare, medical device, or healthcare professional education environments preferred.

  • Experience supporting global audiences and collaborating across regions preferred.
