We are seeking a passionate, organized, and inspiring Montessori Guide & Program Coordinator to help lead and grow our children’s enrichment programs. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves working directly with children while also helping shape the vision, flow, and daily operations of a growing Montessori-inspired environment.

Position Overview

This is a full-time leadership role that combines classroom guidance with program coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate is both a nurturing educator and a strong organizer who enjoys building systems, supporting staff, and creating exceptional experiences for children and families.

Responsibilities

Montessori Guide Responsibilities

  • Lead child-centered learning experiences rooted in Montessori principles
  • Prepare and maintain a beautiful, engaging classroom environment
  • Foster independence, curiosity, and social-emotional growth
  • Observe children and adapt lessons to individual developmental needs
  • Build positive relationships with families
