Job description

Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Financial Development Program Analyst! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Whatever your title, whatever your role - it always comes back to this: we're a farmer-owned co-op where everyone rolls up their sleeves to get the job done. Three maverick farmers started it all - and we've been making our own way ever since.

Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays and Fridays remote.

Ocean Spray's Financial Development Program offers recent college graduates a unique opportunity to experience rotations with a strong focus on personal development, technical skill building, mentorship, and networking. The Financial Development Program (FDP) is a three-year initiative that provides aspiring finance and accounting professionals with a range of unique rotation experiences in corporate finance and accounting to help shape them into future finance business leaders. Program members begin their Ocean Spray careers in a supportive, structured environment that encourages self-directed learning and promotes accelerated growth. Upon successful completion of all rotations, the program guides graduates to the next step in their Ocean Spray careers.

  • Rotations are assigned based on business needs, matched with employee skills and development goals. Assignments are designed to challenge FDPs to quickly adapt and add value to each position.
  • FDP Analysts will be responsible for learning and understanding key elements of their rotational assignments during three 12-month rotations across various Ocean Spray Finance functions.
  • At the end of each rotation, FDP analysts will have the opportunity to present their contributions to executive leadership and showcase their professional development and contributions to the organization.
