Job description

SUMMARY (Brief summary of position)
This position will assist the Learning & Development team (part of the Legal Talent Office) with the full life cycle of educational programs and CLE compliance for our lawyers, along with providing support to other LTO personnel on various projects and administrative matters as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Assist in executing Firm's educational programs, including coordinating logistics, sending invitations, etc.
• Assist with procedures for CLE-eligible educational programs, including preparing and processing paperwork, sending certificates, etc.
• Assist with attorney CLE compliance and registration reminders
In addition, responsibilities related to maintaining firm and client information are to be adhered to by all employees. This includes complying with the firm's information security policies, protecting firm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference, and reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to management.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Must be able to juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite preferred
• Experience with CLE, CE Manager, viDesktop, or other LMS preferred
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• B.A. required
• Experience working at a law firm or similarly fast-paced professional services environment preferred

COMPENSATION
The base salary range offered for this role will be between $55,000 and $65,000. When determining a candidate's compensation offer, elements unique to each person are taken into consideration including but not limited to skill set, experience level, performance, professional certifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the Firm.
