Job Description We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join a leading global investment firm in New York City. This role will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and managing impactful learning programs that support employee development across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in learning and development, exceptional program management skills, and a passion for creating engaging employee experiences in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities Learning Program Management Manage the end-to-end delivery of learning and development programs, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and evaluation Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful program execution Maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for learning initiatives Track program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Content Design & Facilitation Design and facilitate engaging learning workshops and development programs Host and facilitate in-person training sessions and learning events Brief speakers and support presenters to ensure successful program delivery Adapt and localize learning content while maintaining consistency with broader organizational standards Stakeholder Partnership Build strong relationships with employees, leaders, and cross-functional teams Partner with business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals Serve as a resource for employees seeking professional development opportunities Provide guidance and support on learning and development best practices Reporting & Administration Manage course registrations and attendance tracking Compile program data, metrics, and analytics to evaluate impact and participation Prepare reports on learning outcomes and engagement Provide administrative support related to learning and development programs Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 7+ years of experience in learning and development, program management, employee engagement, or a related field Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating learning content and workshops Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, self-directed, and solutions-oriented Strong relationship-building skills with experience working across diverse stakeholder groups Experience within financial services, investment management, or other high-performance corporate environments preferred Compensation & Schedule - Salary: $160,000-$250,000 base salary, depending on experience - Full-time - On-site, 5 days per week - New York, NY
