Summary

Qualified candidates for this position will provide support to customers, both internal and external with key account program management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer facing experience and knowledge of basic sales aspects
  • Leadership and Management of Functions/People
  • Organization and Prioritization
  • Tactical, Operational, and Strategic Communication Internally and Externally. This includes coordinating with Sales and Customer Service, Engineering, Operations and Quality teams.
  • Operational Understanding (TMS and Customer)
  • Data Gathering and Analysis
  • Problem Solving (Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous). Take charge and lead in addressing problems, opportunities and other "hot spots" in a quick, decisive and effective manner
  • Discrepancy Resolution/Strong comfort level with conflict resolution
  • General Financial and business Understanding
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirement Awareness
  • General Contract Review
  • Manage development projects for Key Accounts & product management
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to develop sales tools including marketing materials and promotional programs, plus training of the sales force and distribution channels
  • Conduct and facilitate regular customer meetings traveling to customer sites as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience with RF interconnect products, coaxial cable &/or related products preferred
  • Familiarity with RF Interconnect products, coaxial cables &/or related products
  • Familiarity with specification/blueprint reading, materials and process specifications
  • Highly motivated, self-starting personality with desire to directly impact the success of the company
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective Communication and excellent Presentation skills
  • BS in Engineering or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience in RF assemblies
  • Commercial business experience a plus
  • 3-5 years' experience in Electro-Mechanical Design/Manufacturing environment desired
