Department: Behavioral Health Service Line
Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
The Behavioral Health Service Line is seeking an experienced Program Manager. This role blends hands-on program management with executive support; working closely with senior leaders to keep projects moving, priorities organized, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and able to work independently. Strong project management skills, sound judgment, and a problem-solving mindset are key, along with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Responsibilities:
  • Manages the development, implementation and evaluation of program or area services and initiatives. Supports the strategic direction and oversees project execution for program area.
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to address program development, focusing on marketing strategies and efforts to enhance business development opportunities.
  • Identifies opportunities to build broad awareness of and generate demand for programs, procedures, and practices among referring physicians and patients.
  • Partners with other divisions and departments to deliver customer service across all brand touch points to referring physician and patient audiences, including participation in department-wide service improvement measurement, analysis and plan development efforts.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
