Learning & Development Specialist - Finance

Position Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding, provide mentoring and follow-up training for all new hires.
Create, update and maintain department training materials.
Facilitate development training sessions to drive success and ensure high performance.
Create and deliver newsletters, policy updates and training memos.
Monitor and report employee development progress to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
Travel to Uline's North American locations for auditing and training as needed.
