What will you do?
- Responsible for the coaching, mentorship, and skill development of team members.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to foster a culture of continuous skill development within the team.
- Advance the product and technical maturity within teams and across the department by collaborating with product owners, business analysts, engineers, architects, and others involved
- Ensure standards and best practices are implemented and followed within the team to provide solutions' consistency, readability, and maintainability.
What are we looking for?
- Three or more years related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Insurance coverages and rating schemes and insurance products
- Someone with a technical background who has a strong understanding of information systems and development operations.
Who would excel in this role?
- Knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsements
- Experience working in application lifecycle management tools such as DevOps, JIRA, or Rally
- SQL knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication with all levels of the organization and individuals outside of the organization, including vendors
